I love fall. Always have. I guess because the weather is getting colder and the days shorter; time to stay in with burning candles, hot chocolate and for making stews. Leaves are turning into beautiful fall colours. Also love the knitware and boots that can come out of the closet again.
Time for me to make a hot Coco. :-)
Happy week everyone!!
Ps. my sister is engaged!!!! So happy for them!!
When I first saw Hunter boots 4 years ago in a magazine I just had to have them. I immediately ordered my set of boots online at Hunter boot in Scotland. In just 3 days they were delivered! Thankfully it was a wet fall and snowy winter.
2 years later I saw these smaller Hunter boots at Bijenkorf. Love at first sight. So when there was a discount weekend for shoes I could not resist to order them! For rain boots they are very comfortabele.
Now the only boots missing in my Hunter collection are colourful ones. And whad’ya know, it’s 2 years later and fall…
As you get older things change, fashion changes.
Sometimes I struggle with what to wear. Can I stil wear this? How short can I wear shorts, skirts and dresses? For example this season there are some trends that I think I should pass by. Like overalls and crop tops. I think I am too old for that. But ripped jeans? I think yes when you wear them casual chique. Like this outfit :-) Conclusion so far, age ain’t nothing but a number and you have to wear what you feel comfortable in.
For me this is it :-)
Happy week every one!
After a lot of hard work I am now living in my new home!
Such a joy coming home and being able to go outside on the balcony when the sun shines!
Or making a meal and eat it at the dining table! Sleeping in a real bed! Life is good.
First of all I would like to thank everybody for their nice and sweet comments about the blog! It encourages me to do many more!
For this shoot we went to Naarden Vesting. I used to go there a lot with Jarka and Spikkel, my parents’ dogs. I would love to have a dog in the future but for now just sweet memories. Even though I can get a little green with envy when I see people walking their dogs ;-)
